I’m currently a third-year Physics Ph.D. student at the University of Georgia. Right now, I spend much of my time studying how planets form around other stars. My research focuses on the environments where exoplanets emerge, since understanding these systems could eventually help answer one of humanity’s biggest questions: whether life exists elsewhere in the universe. Using large-scale fluid dynamics simulations and high-performance computing, I investigate how different physical processes shape the evolution of these planet-forming disks.

I’m an avid outdoors person and help lead outdoor adventure trips from time to time. I have a passion for live theater, books, and singing. I also have a dog named Scotia and a cat named Apollo!
